Mental Health Occupational Therapy
We help people with mental health challenges, neurodivergence and the hard seasons of life to get back to doing what matters — no referral needed.
Practical support for the life you want to live
What is Mental Health Occupational Therapy?
It's about the everyday parts of life, not just how you feel
Mental health occupational therapy looks at how your mental health is affecting the things you do every day - your routines, your work or study, your relationships and your ability to care for yourself. When those things feel hard, an OT can help you find practical ways to move forward.
Every person engages in occupations that matter to them. Whether that's showering, cooking, heading to uni, socialising or getting through a work day, OT supports you to do what matters.
