Inspiring function through therapy
I knew occupational therapy was the right path for me when I understood that working alongside people can create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
During my final university placement, a conversation with a client confirmed that mental health was where I was meant to be. I had always known I wanted to work with people, but discovering occupational therapy felt like everything clicked into place.
I’m passionate about supporting people to move through difficult seasons, reconnect with what matters to them, and work towards their goals in a way that feels realistic and achievable. I value genuine connection, taking the time to understand your unique experiences, and offering practical, tailored strategies that fit your life. Together, we break things down into manageable steps so you can begin to regain a sense of control and direction.
When challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma or executive functioning difficulties start to impact daily life, I’m here to support you in finding your way back to a rhythm that feels sustainable and meaningful.
My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming approach. Creating a space where you feel safe, respected and truly understood is at the heart of my work, because you’re not something to be “fixed,” but someone to be supported.

My Approach
I prefer a practical, collaborative and evidence based approach to sessions. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I explore what’s getting in the way of your motivation, energy, roles and sense of purpose. Together, we develop realistic strategies that help you rebuild confidence, strengthen routines and re-engage in meaningful activities.
My work blends different therapeutic approaches depending on what will be most helpful for you. This can include cognitive and behavioural strategies, acceptance-based approaches, practical activity-based therapy, movement and reflective conversations that help build insight and confidence. I’m also informed by dialectical behaviour therapy and use tools such as emotional regulation skills and sensory strategies to support nervous system regulation.
Rather than focusing only on talking about challenges, we work on doing — experimenting with routines, activities and small changes that support energy, structure and engagement in everyday life.
